Stoney Point to Tettegouche State Park

The upside to a bad night. I rushed away from my frightening campsite and reached the rest stop at Stoney Point in time to see this.

Waiting out a sudden thunderstorm under a gazebo at Two Harbors. I ended up with company, a couple who stopped to watch the lightening over the towns namesakes.

Near the Silver Creek Cliff tunnel. Rain, far away.

Barnum to Stoney Point

Along the Willard Munger Trail.

The St. Louis River.

The swinging bridge in Jay Cooke State Park. The stone supports are the original ones build by the CCC.

Nice sign, horrible roads.

First appearance of the Nashbar panniers.

Gateway State Trail.

Look closely. This gave me a smile.

The Gateway Trail. It has some nice segments, but all in all it doesn't stand out much other then being the easiest way out of St. Paul by bike.

A gravel pull off near Big Marine Lake.
